Additionally, they offer hot lattes, at least at some of their locations. Lattes are typically made with espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk.
At Sonic, their lattes are made with their premium roast coffee and come in a variety of flavor profiles and interesting combos. Then, to add even more flavor, pick either a caramel, hazelnut, or mocha flavored syrup.

If you’re an espresso lover then you must get their Espresso drink. It’s super affordable and can be added to any drink to give it a caffeine boost.
What Does Sonic Put in Their Iced Coffee?
The 100% Arabica coffee from Green Mountain Roasters and sweet cream used in Sonic’s iced coffee are both their own brands.
When I looked up what sweet cream meant, I discovered that it is essentially the base of the fast-food restaurant’s ice cream, according to what I could find in some forums from people who claim to have worked there.
The consensus seems to be that their iced coffees are made with 2/3 of coffee and 1/3 of the liquid ice cream mix which results in an super velvety and smooth iced coffee.
In Sonic’s iced coffee, is there ice cream?
