How to Make Coffee Ice Cream Without Eggs?

It’s a great pleasure to have coffee ice cream at home, but sometimes you don’t have eggs or you are not to add eggs to your ice cream. Is that mean you can’t have delicious coffee ice cream at home? No! This 4 ingredients ice cream without milk can help.

Ingredients

This coffee ice cream is made with instant coffee. I find it simple and convenient to make it with instant coffee granules because freshly brewed coffee can add too much water to the ice cream mixture.

I have used Nescafe Classic instant coffee, but you can use any other brand. If you do not want caffeine, you can use the Nescafe instant decaffeinated coffee. Additionally, you are free to use flavors like French vanilla, hazelnut, or vanilla.

Depending on how strong of a flavor you want, you can easily adjust the amount of coffee. Whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, and a dash of salt are also included.

Instructions

Homemade coffee ice cream is incredibly simple to make. Blend milk, sugar, coffee, and a pinch of salt using a hand blender with the whisk attachment or Vitamix until all the ingredients have dissolved. This step is crucial for creating ice cream that is creamy and smooth.

With the aid of a spoon or spatula, stir in the heavy cream to the milk mixture. There is no need to blend it because the ice cream maker will churn it into ice cream. The mixture should ideally be chilled for about two hours in the fridge before being churned.

Depending on the type of ice cream maker, you may have to freeze the bowl for 24 hours before churning. There is no need to freeze the bowl when using the Cuisinart compressor ice cream maker, according to my experience.

Before adding the mixture to the ice cream maker bowl, give it one final stir. Next, churn the mixture for about 25 minutes in the ice cream maker, as directed by the manufacturer. If you want you can add some shaved chocolate towards the end of the cycle.

The ice cream will be of soft-serve consistency. It is best to freeze the ice cream for at least 5 to 6 hours before serving, despite the fact that it would be irresistible and tempting to eat it right away.

Serving Suggestions

You simply cannot resist the deliciousness of this coffee ice cream. I like to sprinkle a little instant coffee on top of the ice cream. Additionally, you can include chocolate syrup, grated chocolate, or even chocolate chips.

I occasionally enjoy adding a scoop of coffee ice cream, some whipped cream, and caramel to my iced coffee. Summertime enjoyment of it is truly delightful!
