A Few Peach Fruit Smoothie Recipe Notes:
- A great blender makes all the difference when making smoothies. The expense of a blender will be worthwhile if you intend to make smoothies frequently. We’ve used some pretty subpar blenders in the past, and because of our frustration, they were never used. I’ve discovered that a more dependable blender will be used more frequently. They’re also handy for making soups, sauces, and even cake batters!
- Fruit can be used for this smoothie either fresh or frozen. We use frozen all through the year to enjoy a light lunch or a healthy fruity breakfast.
- Although any milk can be used in place of the coconut milk specified in this recipe. Also, the coconut milk called for here in this recipe is the refrigerated coconut milk. NOT canned coconut milk that separates into fat and liquid.
